Big Bad Wolf. Woof wooff..

Now it's that time again, hiding my fat arse behind self built fortress walls made up by books. 

Just got back from Big Bad Wolf (or some would call it BebeWoof thanks to @AfraTaidin via her twitter). Damage of RM170 for 21 books in total. Ain't that awesome. You won't find any other cheaper good books like these. I however has to put up a dateline to finish up all these books by Mid year 2013 or I'd say I won't finish (or even start) any of them. Although some might consider these books are off season, but a good read will always remains. Plus, a book is always new until you've read it. Right? I know I've read that somewhere.

Okay, for those who have no idea of whatsoever this BebeWoof thing is, BBW (yes, i'll use that from now on) is the world's biggest booksale starting from 7 until 23 of December 2012 (yes they are open tomorrow as i am writing this) at the Mines Convention Centre (MIECC). As for me, being at the last BBW, they are really expanding this time. Bigger space, more tittles, better promotion I'd say. Imagine 3 million books. And i guess that would take my whole life, die, brought back to life to continue reading then die again just to finish them all. That is reading at my pace in this case. Arrived at approximately at 1400 hoping to be home by 1600, but this is no regular book store visit and as to cut stories short we took about 3 hours of injury time. Amekau, gempak kan? Huhuhu. Padahal takdelah gempak apa pun..

Okay, the reason for this entry is this. Once I'm done with any of my newly bought books, I'll put them under the +Library section on the right side of this ugly blog. This is just in case if any of you would like to temporarily exchange books. Book trades that sort of thing. No fees and no charge. Suggest and send me your favorite book and choose any book(s) within my possession to trade. Sending fee to be beared by the sender. Fair enough? Jangan buat harta sudah. Aku sayang buku-buku tu okayy..

Semasa menulis menaip ini, kalender Islam bertarikh 29 Ramadhan 1433. Bermakna 2 hari lagi tibalah kedatangan Syawal, Hari Raya yang ditunggu-tunggu. Baiklah, apa yang saya nak cerita sebenarnya hanyalah lintasan benak fikiran saya kecik, sempit, lemah & tak seberapa ni. Alang-alang terfikir, let me record this while its still in me.. 

Bulan Ramadhan dianggap bulan bonus bagi umat-umat Islam. Orang Muslim seluruh didunia. Bulan dimana segala amalan dilipatganda berkali-kali. Peluang dimana kita buat cuma satu, tapi dapatannya lebih. Lebih entah berapa saya tak tahu. Wallahualam. Cuma bila difikirkan semula, dipenghujung bulan ini. Barulah saya terfikir berapa banyakkah kesempatan peluang ini yang telah kita semua manafaatkan. Berapa banyak?

Berapa banyak yang wajib?

Berapa banyak yang sunat?

Berapa banyak yang harus?

Berapa banyak yang makruh?

Berapa banyak yang haram?

Berapa banyak solat kita?
Berapa banyak sedekah kita?
Berapa banyak zikir kita?
Berapa banyak tadarus kita?

Cukup banyak ke untuk diraikan? Untuk kita seronok-seronok? Untuk kita lepas masuk syurga? Untuk lepas kita seksa neraka? Tepuk dahi tanya diri sendiri..

Sambutan sempena kejayaan melawan hawa nafsu? Ok, kita tengok hawa nafsu kita camne lepas bulan ni? Betapa boleh kita kawal? Check check rock rock..

Bulan memohon keampunan / kemaafan? Bulan ziarah? Eratkan silatulrahim? Ok tu patut bila-bila pun boleh. Asalkan ikhlas..

Bulan bonus dah nak berakhir ni. Tapi kita nak menyambut penuh gembira? Oklah, kalau tak faham jugak, ini contohnya; syarikat tempat kita berkerja mencari rezeki sebelum ni mengamalkan pemberian bonus setiap bulan. Tiba-tiba boss nak hentikan pemberian bonus ni Responnya dengan membuat celebration tiba-tiba. Buat open house, masak sedap-sedap, beli baju baru bagai. Pelik tak? Ok, diakui teruk betul contoh ni. Tak memberi gambaran langsung. Ahh korang fikir sendirilah. Nanti dah dapat idea baru letak..

Ada cerita dulu-dulu, di penghujung Ramadhan jer. Orang bersedih sebab manafaat bulan bonus dah nak berakhir. Tapi sekarang ni, lansung tak rasa apa-apa. Takde penghayatan lansung. Feel tu takde. Nampak sangat tak cukup amalan. Tidak merebut peluang. Oh, itu saya. Lansung takde kena mengena dengan anda semua.

Ok, menulis menaip ni saja dah rasa serba bersalah. Terus rasa taknak sambut raya. Malas nak wish raya kat sesiapa. Rasa tak layak nak sambut. Nak pindah duduk dalam gua bertapa..

LOVE vs HATE

Today I’m feeling skeptical. And today is also the day I would like to compare LOVE vs. HATE. It’s not like I’m an expert or anything, but please bear with me. At the moment, these are my current perspective but someone please prove me that I’m wrong. I wanna believe in those fairytales again. Hahaha..

First is LOVE

And the other is HATE

Two words which oppose each other. Contrast. Antonyms. Means the opposite.

Despite whatever your definitions are, I do believe you have a general idea of what they both means.

But when you put these two words together, either way

LOVE HATE

HATE LOVE

Read it again, and try to understand. I can feel that HATE does have a greater impact compared to LOVE. With LOVE HATE, my understanding leads as if you love to hate. Which in most ways is kind of negative? Wouldn’t you agree? The other, HATE LOVE. You simply hate to love. Must have been through some hell of a love life to actually hate it. Yet another negative result. Still, HATE triumphs don’t you see?

Maybe it’s a language thing?

Maybe l’m understanding it wrong?

Maybe there’s something I’m missing here?

they love LOVE so much that they have made a symbol for it. Any other emotions with any symbol?

Some might point out, HATE is when the absence of LOVE

Well, what if LOVE is when the absence of HATE

So, what is our nature?

**Someone close recently suggested that HATE is not the opposite of LOVE. Its INDIFFERENT or APATHY. Well, put that into the equation just to stir up your mind a lil bit. Might as well have your own say here..
